Rod Bradley Read Bio →
Rod Bradley is President of BHA, Inc. and is in charge of the planning division. Rod earned a degree from Orange Coast College in Architecture and a degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Rod has over 38 years experience in both the public and private sectors. Rod’s special area of expertise includes Land Use Analysis, Landscape Design, Site Planning, Project Management, Urban Design and Hillside Development.
Rod was honored with a Certificate of Merit Award from the San Diego Chapter of the American Planning Association in 1982 for the Vista Business and Research Park Specific Plan. Additionally, in 1989 Rod received an Award of Excellence for City of Vista Design Review Manual from the American Planning Association.
While living in Encinitas, his other interests revolve around outdoor activities including golf, bike riding, body surfing, diving, and just enjoying the beaches of San Diego.
Ron Holloway Read Bio →
Ron Holloway is a registered Civil Engineer and Senior Vice President in charge of the engineering division of BHA, Inc. Ron has over 40 years of experience in the civil engineering profession. Ron received a civil engineering degree from San Jose State University.
Past experience include civil engineering design and management of large residential subdivisions, industrial parks, commercial centers, Community Facility Districts, community parks, airport runways, and automobile dealerships.
Ron believes in supporting his local community and is active in community service. Ron is a 30 year member of the Amigos de Vista Lions Club, having served as President and Treasurer, a 15 year member of the Board of Directors of the Alta Vista botanical Gardens; having served a President, Vice President and Treasure, and is also a member of the City’s youth Basketball Advisory Board. Previously, Ron served on the Parks and Recreation Commission, Traffic Commission and Treasurer of the City Sales Tax Initiative.
Armand Marois Read Bio →
Armand Marois is a licensed professional land surveyor in the state of California and Arizona. Armand has been surveying for over thirty years. Armand was the President of the California Land Surveyors Association (CLSA) in 2005 and is a Lifetime Member of CLSA. Armand is an expert in land surveying matters, and is Vice President in charge of all surveying and mapping services for BHA since 1985. Specific areas of expertise are: Boundary Surveys and Analysis; Geodetic Control; Cadastral Surveying; Topographic Surveys; ALTA/ACSM Surveys; construction Layout and Field Engineering; Right-of-Way Determination; Settlement and Displacement Surveys; Subdivision Surveys and Mapping; Condominium Plans; Easement Determination and Legal Descriptions.
Armand enjoys several outdoor activities including skiing and bike riding.
